Fernanda C.

I joined the online program with Debra because I wanted to incorporate exercise as a consistent part of my routine.
The course offered a great balance of theory, focusing attunements, shared experiences, and practical applications. Debra was incredibly attentive, resourceful, and supportive of each participant’s unique needs. I especially loved how she led the meetings with enthusiasm, calmness, and a welcoming presence.

Debra provided personalized daily tasks that made the training both achievable and meaningful. This approach allowed me to gradually build strength, boost my energy, and understand that recovery is key to progress. In real life, this means I no longer give up when exercising gets tough—I take a moment to recharge and keep moving forward.

Having space to exchange our experiences in class—both challenges and successes—fostered a sense of shared understanding and support, inviting us to approach our bodies with care and curiosity.

The focusing attunements helped me shift my mindset from feeling like I “have to” exercise for health to genuinely wanting to—because my body now longs for it.

I highly recommend this program for its ability to challenge participants while respecting individual needs and for helping them incorporate enjoyable, well-suited activities into their routine.
