FORward©: Focusing-Oriented Run Training

This is a live, online program. Weekly online course meetings plus a daily training program allows you to take this program wherever you are!

Have you been wanting to start (or pick back up) a running routine and don’t know where to begin? Perhaps you’re looking to foster new habits. You’ll achieve all this with our program and the goal to complete a 5K (run or walk!).

The FORWARD Women’s Program©  is a holistic health and fitness program designed for women seeking a fresh approach to taking on run training.

In this program you will:

  • Cultivate more joy and flow in training and life
  • Embrace a whole-body approach to training and exercise
  • Build self-assurance to take action, even when not fully motivated
  • Become aware of blocks to training – and release them!
  • Gain clarity on what success looks like for you
  • Develop healthy and new habits
  • Develop the confidence to step outside of the recurring story or relationship with
    exercise
  • Believe in yourself and your abilities

Commitment Day + Orientation: TBD

Goal Race: Any 5K event

Program includes:

  • 1:1 virtual session with Coach : ideally before program start
  • 6-week  written training plan for a 5K – accommodating varied levels of athletes
  • Weekly group meeting sessions with Coach on Wednesdays 6:30PM CT
  • Functional strength training plan to support a run training
  • Unlimited Email access to Coach

FEES:  $255
